Boris Pavlovic’s expertise lies in building connections between people, ideas, and initiatives to drive success. He is multilingual with a strong international background, and is fluent in English, German, French, Italian, Slovenian, and Serbo-Croatian.
Boris is currently a Senior Business Manager in the Product Marketing Group for Microsoft’s Office Division. As such, Boris is responsible for running the group’s rhythm of business as well as for managing relationships and connections with field and marketing offices worldwide. Prior to that, he spent five years in Sales and Operations in the company’s Online Advertising Division.
Boris’ background is in hospitality and tourism, and includes delivering 5-star experiences to heads of state, CEOs of multinational corporations, celebrities, and other VIPs. This was a career which took him to various countries around the world and instilled in him an unwavering focus and passion for customer service.
Boris is currently the President of the Swiss Network Seattle, an in-person and online venue for members of the Swiss professional, artistic and academic community to meet and exchange ideas in Seattle. He is also a volunteer for Summit Assistance Dogs, a non-profit organization that trains service dogs for people with disabilities. Previously, Boris served on the board for Seattle Opera’s BRAVO! Club, the premier Seattle-area arts organization for people between the ages of 21 and 39.
Boris is a native of Switzerland and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the renowned École hôtelière de Lausanne. Boris also has a passion for food and wine, and earned a pre-sommelier degree from the International Sommelier Guild.
