I started back up classes again after a quick two weekend “winter break.” It is going to be a quick month of Valuation class and Micro Economics before we all meet back at Cornell University and Queen’s University for the second residential session.
I am looking forward to traveling back East for the residential sessions. While taking the classes in the boardrooms over video conferencing works really well, it is still better knowing that we will be able to meeting the group in person for two weeks. Though, I am not looking forward to the cold and snow. I am a Californian that lives in the Bay Area. I travel to the snow and don’t live in it!
It is recruiting season for the CQEMBA program for the next class of 2015. In the bay area I know that there are a few information session coming up.
- Saturday, January 12, 10:00 a.m. – Marriott Pleasanton
- Monday, January 14, 6:00 p.m. – Fairmont San Jose
- Tuesday, January 15, 6:00 p.m. – Hyatt Regency San Francisco
Unfortunately I will not be able to make it to them this month, but if anyone wants to discuss aspects of the program with a current student let me know via this blog and I would be able to connect with you via email, phone or Skype.
