Discussing ongoing meetings among members of congress and the President on debt and spending reduction, Frank warns that failing to spend on targeted projects now will result in massive costs down-the-road

Johnson professor of economics Bob Frank, a regular guest of MSNBC's Rachel Maddow, was in studio live with her recently to talk about combatting the nation's debt and defecit issues.
