MSNBC's Rachel Maddow calls on Bob Frank to assess startling economic news

Says Frank of recent economic decisions: "What we're doing now is just unimaginably stupid"

Following a day of dramatic stock market losses, MSNBC's Rachel Maddow called upon Johnson Professor of Economics Bob Frank.  He walks her audience through the ways he believes recent decisions are aversely affecting the U.S. and global economies.

He also suggests that focusing on debt reduction versus job creation is the wholly wrong focus and will only serve to further slow things down. Frank also offers several  "simple solutions" to job market woes and to get people spending, back to work and contributing to the global economy again.
