Prior to joining Johnson in 2009, Nsombi was the Manager of Diverse Talent Acquisition at American Express, where she was responsible for developing the national diversity recruiting strategy and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Nsombi is a 2006 Consortium for Graduate Study in Management alumna and earned her MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where she partnered with the Director of Diversity and Community Initiatives to create the school's new strategic diversity plan. She was also President of the Black MBA Association and received the 2006 Global Multicultural Leader Award for establishing Goizueta's Diverse Leadership Conference. Nsombi was also honored in 2012 with the Consortium 10 Year Anniversary Alumni Award from Goizueta Business School. Nsombi received her BS in Psychology from Northwestern University, and was a Director of Marketing at Kaplan Test Prep before business school.

Sonia Rucker has worked at Cornell University since 2003 in the Office of Minority Educational Affairs and ILR Graduate Programs performing various duties including marketing, student recruitment/admissions, and the development and delivery of professional student services. Prior to coming to Cornell, she worked in Student Disability Services and Counseling at Southeast Missouri State University and in social services for the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services in Austin, Texas. Sonia has a BS in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri and an MS in Educational and I/O Psychology from Tarleton State University-Central Texas.

Before she joined Johnson in 2010, Tali was the Office Manager at the Center for Cognitive and Social Neuroscience at the University of Chicago, where she also served as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of the Center, and the Program Manager for the Social Psychology Graduate Department. Tali also has experience working as a coordinator and administrator in a Real Estate office and experience in Banking. Tali received her B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Tel-Aviv University in Israel, where she grew up.
