October is the busiest and most exciting time of the year for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI). Next month we will be hosting numerous events both on and off campus to connect alumni, current and prospective students, and corporate business diversity partners. Greetings from Africa!

I am writing this entry from Accra, Ghana- my 1st stop on Johnson’s inaugural African MBA Tour.  The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) is partnering with UVA’s Darden School of Business to visit four African countries to recruit prospective MBA students.

Message from the Director of ODI at Johnson

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) had a phenomenal academic year. We leveraged our new partnership with the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management to recruit the most diverse full-time MBA class in Johnson history, and were recognized in Bloomberg Businessweek for having the most dramatic increase in underrepresented minority representation of all top 30 business schools over the last decade.
