Women in Business

Women Students

Johnson's programs in support of women in business include our partnerships with the Forté Foundation and GMAC to reach prospective women and encourage them to apply to business school; and our Women's Power Lunch series for current students to network with each other, female faculty and prominent alumnae.

We also partner with Johnson Women's Management Council, Fortes at Johnson, and other graduate professional programs to host events and reach out to prospective women, as well as the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering female business professionals, to propel more women into leadership positions in corporate America, and to enhance the diversity of the nation‘s workforce.

In November 2010, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion hosted our first Johnson Women in Business (JWIB) recruiting weekend for prospective female students.
