Four one-week sessions spread across the program schedule and held on the Cornell University campus. Three sessions split between the Cornell and Queen’s campuses. The sessions are 9-14 days in length, and held at the beginning, middle, and end of the program.

Partnership Arrangements Numerous dual degree options with other Cornell colleges as well as international exchange program opportunities available with over 20 schools. Dual degree options with the College of Engineering and the Weill Medical College. N/A Cornell University and Queen’s University each contribute half of the program faculty. Similarly, about half of the students are based in the USA and half in Canada. Graduates earn two MBA degrees: one from each school.

Teamwork This program uses a variety of team formations. This program uses a variety of team formations. Teams are assigned at the beginning of each term. In addition, self-selected teams are formed for various projects. Participants are organized into Boardroom Learning Teams, typically 6-8 people, who attend the same Boardroom site in their home city. Teams stay intact for the length of the program.
