Travel Arrangements
Delta, US Airways, and United fly to Ithaca, and many major airlines fly to Syracuse (a one-hour drive). Please contact the Cornell Public Affairs Travel Office (toll-free, 800-523-2585) for reduced airfare rates good only for Reunion weekend.
Parking
Parking is available by permit in designated visitor areas, or in any metered location on Thursday and Friday of Reunion. During the weekend, free parking is available in most university lots. To park in a campus handicapped reserved location, please contact the Alumni Affairs staff at alumni@johnson.cornell.edu by May 21st, or simply stop by any traffic booth for a Cornell permit. Also, contact Cornell Transportation directly at 607-255-PARK. Parking in fire and safety lanes is prohibited.
Accommodations
The price of accommodations is not included in the Reunion package fee.
Campus Accommodations
Johnson Alumni and their guests are invited to stay in Cascadilla Hall, a residence hall in the heart of Collegetown and within walking distance of Sage Hall and central campus. Registration for campus accomodations will be available in March 2013.

Hotel Accommodations
For those who prefer off-campus accommodations, a limited number of rooms have been reserved at five Ithaca hotels. Please make your own reservations; ask for the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management block of rooms. (The price of accommodations is not included in the Reunion package fee.) Blocked rooms will be released by May 3. Rooms go fast; book early!
