Mallory Martino comes to Johnson after four years at McLagan an AonHewitt company in human capital consulting focused specifically on the financial services industry. In addition to providing consulting services, Mallory developed a global training and development curriculum that was rolled out across international offices. While working, she volunteered as a mentor for the Stamford Public Education Foundation and worked with the Business Council for Peace providing pro-bono consulting services to entrepreneurs in Rwanda, Afghanistan and El Salvador. Mallory is passionate about approaching sustainability issues as business opportunities. More specifically, she is interested in the intersection of business and society and how corporations can use their money, resources and power to affect positive change in the world. At Johnson, Mallory is, the VP of Education for the Sustainable Global Enterprise Club, a BR MicroCapital Fellow and a member of Main Street Partners. Mallory hopes to pursue a career in sustainability consulting or corporate responsibility.
