Natalie is a Forte Fellow at the Johnson School and Student Council Vice-Chair. Prior to business school, Natalie served in the Philadelphia Corps of Teach for America as a high school math teacher and joined Project GRAD USA, a college access non-profit, as an Academic Consultant. In her role with PGUSA, she worked with various stakeholders to ensure that college is an option for underrepresented youth.
Through the implementation of academic programs and development of college access centers in Philadelphia, she was able to manage and lead groups of people toward a common goal. Much of her academic research has been dedicated to better understanding the fundamental problems affecting developing countries.
