Kim worked for five years at Bank of America and Universal McCann before coming to Johnson. In her roles, Kim developed client relationships and worked on strategic initiatives, both domestically and internationally. Kim is also active in community volunteerism and development, most recently through the founding of a local company club that organized a charity event for Title I schools. At Cornell, Kim is a Fellow with the Emerging Markets Institute, the Consulting Affinity Representative for the Sustainable Global Enterprise Club and a teaching assistant for Core Accounting. Kim's interests in sustainability lie primarily in corporate social responsibility as it is related to competitive advantage, and is passionate about the role business plays in development.
