Prior to attending Cornell Marshall worked for Management Sciences for Health, an NGO in Washington, D.C. where he managed consultant teams supporting Global Fund projects around the world. His experience prior focused in agricultural and community development with the United States Peace Corps in Madagascar and Zambia. There he worked with local associations to build local capacity and increase income generation. In beginning his international career Marshall worked for a non-profit in Nicaragua to further education in marginalized communities. Based in his experiences abroad he has developed a passion to further initiatives for positive change and believes that change must start at home. After finishing his studies Marshall will join Fingerlakes Wealth Management, a local private wealth management firm in Ithaca to foster development of socially responsible investing and sustainable business practices.
