Calling for Emerging Market Projects

Our International Management Consulting Course is seeking real projects from companies engaged in the emerging markets.  Projects can focus on almost any business issue, and have ranged in the past from new market entry to product line expansions to mobile banking strategies.  Projects will be assigned to a team of four consultants – two from Johnson at Cornell and two from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.  The teams will meet in early September to map out the scope, communicate regularly with the client as to their progress, and hold both a mid-point and closing conferences.  Final reports will be issued in late November.

Please contact Candace Maxian cmm359@cornell.edu for more details.  Find out more about sample projects, and current partners here.
