Morgan sees himself as a citizen of the world. He is currently a MBA candidate at Cornell University. He is interested in the new economy forged by information and telecommunication technology, and the entrepreneurship opportunities in emerging markets, especially Africa and Asia. He plans to build a career in high tech industry.
He was born in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in The People's Republic of China. Before coming to Cornell, he worked for the world's largest brewer, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and leading global internet company Groupon. Outside of work, Morgan is actively involved in community service. Currently he is the Johnson Admission Group member, helping Admission Office to interview MBA applicants from around the world. He is also a Johnson Board Fellow, sitting on the board of New Roots Charter School. He was also a Volunteer at United Nations.
Morgan is a big fan of sports and outdoor activities. You can typically find him on the ice hockey rink or baseball field or boxing and horseback riding. He also loves fishing and looks forward to fishing in Alaska soon.
