Kelvin Zhang received his B.A. in Public Administration from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics in 2006. He then spent three years in Assurance and Business Advisory service of PwC Shanghai office working with many domestic and multinational companies on statutory audit, group reporting and IPO projects. Later he moved on to FTI Consulting, a major US financial consulting firm focusing on restructuring and insolvency. After working in FTI Consulting Shanghai for one year, he relocated to Singapore to help two partners build a new Southeast Asia headquarters. In both Shanghai and Singapore, he helped investors and creditors, such as banks and PE firms, to perform due diligence, interim management and liquidation analyses in different stages of their lending and investment process. For the past summer, he worked in the M&A department in Sealed Air Corporation &ndash one of the largest packaging materials manufacturing companies in the U.S.
