John Hui is an accomplished sales executive and entrepreneur in the healthcare industry. He is currently a senior sales executive at a major regional clinical laboratory in the New York Tri-state area, where he has topped new business growth at the company in 2012 and 2011. His sales, marketing and entrepreneurial experiences cover industries of clinical laboratory, medical imaging, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods and advertising. He has won multiple top performance awards at Fortune 500 companies such as LabCorp, Abbott Laboratories and Schering-Plough.
Outside his full time job, John has been involved with several start-up companies. He was the Co-founder of a China based new media start up that won the Silver Prize of 2008 China Business Plan Competition. His entrepreneurial experience started with a successful event marketing business he built from his college dorm in Shanghai, which served multinational corporations, such as P&G, Nestle and Toshiba.
John received his BBA degree in Advertising from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and has studied Public Relations at East China Normal University. He currently serves as a Mentor for the Executive on Campus program at Baruch College to coach Baruch students on their career development.
