As the Marketing Manager for Americas at ON Semiconductor, Raj leads the teams within his business unit to define new products, establish product road maps consistent with customer needs, and selects new products for development among numerous investment opportunities based on financial and market analysis, to align with the business unit's profit objectives. In his prior role, Raj managed a product line with P&L responsibility and helped merge this product line with a larger business unit to improve the bottom line. Prior to ON, Raj had previously held other Marketing, Applications and Design Engineering roles with several companies.
Raj is a cohort of the MBA class of '15 at the Johnson Graduate School of Management, and an Associate in the EII Fellows Program at the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute, at Cornell University. He has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Andhra University, India.
