If you do not schedule on-campus interviews, or are unable to at this time, you can simply post your jobs on the Johnson Talent System (JTS), where all current students can view them. There are three ways to collect student resumes: you may have the students email their resume to an email address, have them apply directly on your web site, or conduct a resume drop.
A resume drop allows you to post a position to current students and have the resumes sent to you in one batch. We will advertise the position and collect resumes on your behalf. After reviewing the resumes, you may follow up with students by scheduling phone or on-campus interviews or inviting them to your location. Your corporate account manager can assist you in setting up resume drops. If you do not have a corporate account manager, please contact email@example.com with your request.
The Johnson Talent System is an all-inclusive recruiting database built on the MBA Focus Global Talent System platform. You may log into JTS to create your ID and password (if you do not already have an account), and enter your job posting.
Job Posting Instructions:
From the dashboard click on “Post a new Job” in the box to the right labeled “Job Postings”.
If this is a resume drop, you will be able to review the resumes the day after your deadline date. After reviewing the resumes, you may follow up with students by scheduling phone or on-campus interviews, or inviting them to your location.
