Felix Rouse is a Brand Manager at Valvoline in Lexington, Kentucky. Before joining Valvoline, Felix served as Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s (BGCA) Vice President of Resource Development for the southeast region, located in Atlanta, GA. He joined BGCA in March of 2010, after serving as the Chief Executive Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newark since April 2005. Prior to that, Felix was an Associate Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson's McNeil Consumer Healthcare from 2003 to 2005.

After receiving a scholarship from a Boys & Girls Clubs of Newark benefactor, Felix attended high school at the Gunnery School in Connecticut, where he graduated Cum Laude. He went on to the University of Pennsylvania, where he was an All-Ivy League football player as a walk-on, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Felix attended Cornell University, where he received his Master’s in Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, and was awarded the Albert Fried Fellowship for academic and leadership excellence as student. Johnson also awarded Felix the 2009 Wilbur Parker Distinguished Alumni Award.
