Parking


Arriving on campus before 5 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013

Stop by any of the four Parking Information Booths on campus (refer to the Cornell map) and inform the person at the booth that you are here to participate in Destination Johnson. The attendant will check your name and then give you a parking permit to park and direct you to the closest available parking. Note: you need a parking permit to park on campus weekdays between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.


Arriving on campus after 5 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013 until Monday Morning

If you are arriving for Destination Johnson on Friday after 5 p.m. and will be staying through Sunday a parking permit will not be needed to park in the Parking Garage. Refer to the Cornell University map for directions to the Parking Garage. Note: The parking booths close Monday through Friday at 5 p.m. and are not open Saturday and Sunday. Guests can get a map or use a campus phone which is located on the outside wall of the booth. Maps are located in a small mail box next to the phone.

Please note: The parking lot on the south side of Sage Hall next to Campus Road that is posted as restricted nights (5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.) and weekends (7:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m.) will be made available for Johnson guests to park on a first-come, first-served basis. Be aware that all no parking, fire lanes, handicap spaces, and reserved spaces within this Sage Hall lot will continue to be enforced. All other lots or areas on campus with "Nights/Weekends" parking restrictions will be enforced throughout this weekend. Read all signs carefully before parking in any lot or space on campus.
