Johnson proudly expanded on this vision as the first top-tier business school to create an office dedicated to supporting women and under-represented groups in 1999. Today, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) has evolved to focus on increasing diversity and promoting inclusiveness at Johnson and in the global business community.

ODI has a comprehensive mission centered around three goals:

  1. Attract – Build a community of students, faculty and staff that is representative of diverse groups and reflects the diversity of global business.
  2. Develop – Provide thought leadership and training on critical diversity issues to create global leaders.
  3. Support – Create an environment of inclusion where all individuals feel supported and valued.

In partnership with the Dean and Management Committee, ODI collaboratively leads our community in promoting a culture that not only values differences, but leverages them as sources of strength.
