Welcome to Johnson's Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI). We're proud to be the first top business school to have an office focused on supporting the rising generation of women, minority, and LGBTQ leaders. 

ODI is dedicated to creating forums for positive conversation and collaboration between all members of our student body. Together, we can foster a culture that not only values differences, but also leverages them as sources of strength and innovation  on campus, and in the professional world.

Our mission is three-fold:

  1.  To build a community of students, faculty, and staff who reflect the diversity of global business.
  2.  To provide thought leadership, training, and open dialogue around a range of diversity issues for underrepresented student groups and their allies.
  3. To create an environment of inclusion where all individuals feel supported, valued, and ready to step into their role as global leaders.
