Johnson is the first top-tier business school to create an office dedicated to supporting women and under-represented groups. In 2014, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion celebrated 15 years of increasing diversity and promoting inclusiveness at Johnson and in the global business community.
ODI has a comprehensive mission centered around three goals:
- Attract – Build a community of students, faculty and staff that is representative of diverse groups and reflects the diversity of global business.
- Develop – Provide thought leadership and training on critical diversity issues to create global leaders.
- Support – Create an environment of inclusion where all individuals feel supported and valued.
ODI collaboratively leads our community in promoting a culture that not only values differences, but leverages them as sources of strength.
