Welcome to Johnson's Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI). Johnson is the first top-tier business school to create an office dedicated to supporting women and under-represented groups. ODI collaborative leads our community in creating and promoting a culture that not only values differences but also leverages them as sources of strength and innovation.

ODI's comprehensive mission is focused on three goals:

  1.  Building a community of students, faculty and staff that is representative of diverse groups and reflects the diversity of global business.
  2.  Providing thought leadership and training on critical diversity issues to create global leaders.
  3. Creating an environment of inclusion where all individuals feel supported and valued.
