Tory H. Sims
Environmental, Social, and Governance Analyst, Dodge & Cox

Ms. Sims joined Dodge & Cox in 2016 as a Business Insights Analyst. Over that time, she was closely involved in the firm’s ESG efforts and moved into the full-time ESG Integration Analyst role in July 2021. As an ESG Integration Analyst, Ms. Sims partners with our Investment Team to support our Global Industry and Fixed Income Analysts’ ESG research efforts and leads our firm-wide ESG integration initiatives. Ms. Sims is a member of our ESG Research Steering Committee, the chair of our ESG Integration Committee, and the chair of our Sustainability Committee. Ms. Sims received her B.S. in Environmental Engineering at Tufts University in 2013 and her M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University in 2014. Prior to joining Dodge & Cox in 2016, she was an associate consultant at Ramboll Environ, Inc. in their air quality practice. Ms. Sims is a CFA charterholder.

Rachel Bowman
Equity Investment Analyst, Capital Group

Rachel Bowman is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibility for U.S retail and energy. She has seven years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for three years. Prior to joining Capital, Rachel worked as an investment analyst at UBS Asset Management. Before that, she was an investment analyst at Point72 Asset Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rachel is based in Los Angeles.

Karen Choi
Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, Capital Group

Karen Choi is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. She has 24 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 15 years. Earlier in her career at Capital, as a fixed income investment analyst, Karen covered utilities, regional banks and non-bank financials in the U.S. Prior to joining Capital, she was a fixed income analyst with AllianceBernstein and before that with Prudential Financial. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Wellesley College. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Karen is based in New York.

Kelly West
Senior Manager for the Capital Associates Program (CAP), Capital Group

Kelly West is a senior manager for the Capital Associates Program (CAP). She is responsible for managing US CAP associates, recruitment strategy and learning and development programming. She joined Capital Group in 2014 as a member of our Talent Acquisition team where she was responsible for leadership and execution across the full scope of recruitment activities. She began her career at a boutique investment bank, where she conducted market research on emerging healthcare products. Kelly received her bachelors in Biology from Pepperdine University. She is based in Los Angeles.

Anna Zandi
Equity Investment Analyst, Capital Group

Anna Zandi is an equity investment analyst at Capital Group with research responsibility as a small- to mid-cap generalist for Europe. She has five years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for three years. Anna began her career at Capital as a participant in the Capital Associates Program, a three-year rotational development program focused primarily on Capital Group’s investment functions. Prior to joining Capital, Anna worked as an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs. She holds master’s degree in financial economics from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Anna is based in London.
