Mock Meetings are a key component of the practicum. Their purpose is to help students develop their presentation style for pitching investments. Students develop an investment idea, pitch it in a mock "morning meeting" to classmates and faculty, answer questions, and receive feedback on their presentations.
Wall Street Treks
Site visits to financial firms and trading floors are a key component of the CMAM immersion. On these trips, students gain a broad understanding of asset classes and products, as well as network with financial professionals and potential employers.
Fast Break to Wall Street, a two-day trip during the university's fall recess in October.
Week on Wall Street, a four-day program that kicks off the spring semester, with presentations by and case work with top investment firms
CMAM Passport
This faculty-led program is designed to equip first-year MBA students with the knowledge, skills, and strategies they will need to get a job in investment research, on both the buy side and sell side. It provides real-world learning opportunities and practice sessions in several functional career areas. These include:

The Fed and the business cycle
One-day valuation seminar sponsored by a leading Wall Street firm
Critique of sales-and-trading assignment by top investment professionals
Mock interviews with investment firms
