Ms. Hutterly holds a B.S. degree in Business from Centenary College of Louisiana and an MBA from Cornell University. She joined SC Johnson in 1979 from Frito-Lay, Inc., and has held a variety of positions including brand management, the identification and acquisition of strategic businesses for the company worldwide, and directing the development and implementation of proactive environmental and safety policies and actions across the countries in which the company operates. As Executive Vice President, she leads the consumer products business in environmental and sustainability actions, public and governmental policy, public affairs, and community relations and philanthropy on a global and local level. She also serves as President of Johnson Keland Management, Inc. which is the focal point for all Johnson family business enterprise activities. Ms. Hutterly sits on the Board of Directors of Johnson Financial Group, Inc., and has held and continues to hold numerous board positions both in business and at the community level. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of the Soap & Detergent Association and is a member of Cornell University's Johnson School Advisory Board.
She and her husband, Louie, who has two children, have resided in Racine, Wisconsin for the past 30 years.
