Lynne AllenAlumni Affairs is pleased to announce that we have retained the services of a professional career consultant, Lynne Allen, to help Johnson School alumni who seek career advisory services during periods of career transition - including strategic positioning for promotional growth, career change, re-entry into the work force, and entrepreneurial pursuits. For the past year, Ms. Allen has been providing career advisory services to the Cornell Johnson School EMBAs.

Ms. Allen specializes in working with business professionals who have earned or are working toward an MBA. She provides confidential career assistance with:

From 2002 - 2005 Ms. Allen served as a career consultant in the graduate business schools at Columbia, New York University, Baruch, and Rutgers. Her prior experience includes fourteen years in corporate and executive recruiting at Colgate-Palmolive, Time Inc., and two executive search firms. She has recruited professionals in a wide variety of functions, including finance and accounting, marketing, operations management, technology, and human resources. Earlier in her career, she was a Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Citibank in New York City.

Ms. Allen is a graduate of Connecticut College, holds a Certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development from New York University, and is certified to deliver the Myers-BriggsType Indicator. She is a member of the Association of Career Professionals International, the National Career Development Association, and the Association of Psychological Type.
