Help students achieve career goals: Join JS-Pals and JS-Coaches
Many alumni have answered the call to sign up for JS-PALs and JS-Coaches , the Johnson School's exciting new mentoring programs designed to strengthen ties among alumni, current students, and admitted students. But we need more alumni to volunteer as mentors. Through JS-PALs (Johnson School Personalized Admissions Links), each admitted student experiences the value of becoming a member of the Johnson and Cornell community through instant Cornell connections. Each newly admitted student receives a Cornell network of PALs (a first-year and a second-year MBA student, plus two alumni matched by career interest and geography). PALs call the new admit to welcome him or her to the Cornell community and continue to be a resource throughout the decision-making process. JS-Coaches matches interested students with an alumni coach who can provide them with advice and counsel in their job search. To sign up for either program, log on to JAC (Johnson Alumni Connection) and use the selection boxes there to indicate you would like to participate in JS-PALs and/or JS-Coaches. While you're there, please update your information in JAC.
