Welcome Tara Taylor to Alumni Affairs
Greetings from Ithaca! It's the start of a fresh new year, and we have new face in the Alumni Affairs office.

I am pleased to welcome and introduce Tara Taylor to the Johnson School alumni community. She joins our team as assistant director of Alumni Affairs at the Johnson School, working closely with our regional alumni club and reunion programs. Since her arrival on August 7th, Tara has already been on the road meeting with our regional leaders in Boston and New York. In addition, she has interacted with a number of our other regional club leaders on planning events for the upcoming year.

Tara comes to us from Maritz Travel Company where she worked for the last three years, most recently as their senior travel director.

Maritz Travel is a global leader in meeting, event, and incentive travel management. It specializes in helping companies achieve targeted business results through business meeting facilitation, special events, corporate hospitality events, user conferences, and incentive travel programs. Tara joins us with a solid background in relationship building with a wide variety of constituencies, along with experience in all aspects of event management. We are thrilled to have her join us with her energetic work ethic, many leadership skills, and positive attitude.

Tara graduated from the University of Vermont in 2003 with a degree in business administration. She is originally from Upstate New York, and is delighted to be living close to home again.
