This project is designed to identify ways to grow AI's business through the identification of new sales channels and through renewed focus on AI's direct sales channel. This project also includes a market assessment of various sales channels and a cost-benefit analysis of internet marketing strategies.

A start-up co-owned by Andy Winslow (JGSM '92), Fizgig requested BRI consultants Vinay Chandran and Tony Chang to benchmark the competitive landscape for similar salary negotiation service providers, and to conduct an extensive on campus market research survey. Based on the findings, the team will recommend a marketing strategy and product pricing strategy for the client.

The end deliverable should include recommendations on product development for the aforementioned targets and a report detailing the heuristic.

Fingerlakes Aquaculture uses Cornell developed technology to raise high quality tilapia fish, selling live tilapia in the northeast markets. CEO Andrew Scirri (JGSM ?04) is seeking help in developing a comprehensive branding and promotion effort. This project, led by Becky Karp and Jazz Singh, aims to determine consumer preferences in the aquatic food market. Based on these findings the team will develop a branding strategy to better penetrate the market.
