Partnerships for an intellectual edge
Through the Faculty Liaison program, Corporate Partners enlist key faculty members' assistance in
recruiting top students and consulting on strategic challenges; they also gain an inside track to
not-yet-published research. In return, the faculty members develop new relationships and gather new
ideas to bring back to their classrooms.
Some Corporate Partners support faculty research of particular interest to their companies. For
example, a number of financial-services companies have supported the Parker Center for Investment
Research, with its goals of conducting research of use to practitioners and disseminating its
findings quickly.
- Corporate Partners receive research reports to keep them apprised of faculty research and expertise.
- Parker Center allows students to conduct trading and investment research.
- Business Simulation Laboratory offers "virtual trading environments" to study the behavior of markets.
