Student Organizations & Events
Communication
- Outlook Public Folders/All Public Folders/CLUBS - clubs can create their own folders to keep agendas, minutes, and any other club documents. This is the place to keep club records.
- To post school-wide events to the Calendar of Events or Scrolling Monitors, email StudentActivities@johnson.cornell.edu. We need to know: What? When? Where? and Who? is responsible (name & email)
- Club presidents are authorized to send email to these group lists (MBA2009@johnson.cornell.edu, MBA2010@johnson.cornell.edu, $jsfaculty@johnson.cornell.edu, $jsstaff@johnson.cornell.edu, phd@johnson.cornell.edu) regarding club activities. Spamming these lists should be done sparingly and only for official club activities open to the whole community. If you are having difficulty with this email StudentActivities@johnson.cornell.edu.
- Clubs can create websites on the Johnson School server. Get information, templates, etc.
- Clubs can use Checkbox for official club business. Contact HelpDesk@johnson.cornell.edu to have an account established.
- Mail from the US Postal Service that is received in Sage Hall addressed to student clubs will be placed in the relevant club president's student mail box. Clubs can use the mailing address: "JGSM Club Name, 107 Sage Hall, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY 14853-6201."
