Dual Degree Programs

MBA/MPS-Real Estate Dual Degree Program

This dual-degree program enables students to earn both professional degrees in 3 years.
You must apply separately to, and be admitted by, both schools.
The program is accelerated by applying 15 credit hours credit and 1 residence unit for Real Estate courses to the MBA program.
You must meet all other program requirements for the MBA, including core courses and 25 credit hours of approved elective courses.

Registration

Year 1: Register through either school and take the first year of coursework required for that degree program. Pay tuition to the school in which you register.
Year 2: Register through the other school and take the first year of course work required for its degree program. Pay tuition to the school in which you register.
Year 3: Register and pay tuition to each of the schools for one semester and complete the course requirements for each degree.
