The Program for Leadership

Roy H. Park Leadership Fellows Program

Overview
Through the Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow Program, each year the Johnson School seeks and supports (with full tuition plus a living stipend) 25-35 MBA candidates who show promise of becoming world-class leaders. These are individuals who have already shown not only excellent management potential, but have also demonstrated initiative and leadership.

Through the innovative learning experiences and challenges we provide, we help them to further develop their leadership skills, courage, generosity, insight, and ability to see value in others. When they leave the Johnson School, we know they are prepared to make a real and lasting impact on the world.

The Park Program was founded in 1997 with a generous renewable grant from the Triad Foundation (formerly part of the Park Foundation). More?
