Professor Eisenstein's interests include managerial and consumer decision making, decision support systems and debiasing methods, and learning in complex environments. Recently, he published a book chapter, "Marketing Decision Support and Intelligent Systems: Precisely Worthwhile or Vaguely Worthless?" in the Handbook of Marketing, Barton Weitz and Robin Wensley, eds. (Sage Publications: London). Prior to entering academe, he worked as an Associate at Mercer Management Consulting where he primarily focused on management of technology and consumer research in the financial services and telecommunications industries. Professor Eisenstein received several awards while at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
