Poppy McLeod

Adjunct Associate Professor of Management Communications

PhD, Harvard University

Professor McLeod holds a concurrent appointment as associate professor in Cornell's Department of Communication. Her research focuses on communication and decision-making in work teams, with emphasis on the role of technology. Her twenty years of experience in teaching MBA and executive students includes courses in leadership development as well as managing teams. she has been on the faculty of the University of Michigan Business School, the University of Iowa College of Business and the Case Weatherhead School of Management. Her executive education teaching has included major corporations such as the Sherwin Williams Company and the Lubrizol Corporation. She earned her PhD in social psychology from Harvard University.
