Werner Rehm

Werner is an Expert Associate Partner in McKinsey's Corporate Finance Practice in New York. He is one of the leaders of the Corporate Performance Center (CPC), a group of consultants that specialize in financial and capital markets analysis and valuation. Werner focuses his work on the High-Tech, Industrial, and Pharma sectors. Werner has also extensive experience in leading financial restructuring, Chapter 11, and performance improvement engagements. In addition to the client work, Werner is a leader for McKinsey's corporate finance core skills training and other finance training programs. He has authored several articles on corporate finance topics such as value creation from M&A, capital structure, multiples, and shareholder management and is a member of the editorial board for McKinsey on Finance, McKinsey's quarterly publication on Corporate Finance Topics.
