Arthur Rosenbloom is a senior consultant with CRA International Inc., a publicly held 23-office strategy and litigation support consulting firm. He specializes in providing advice on mergers and acquisitions and expert testimony in complex commercial litigation. Rosenbloom's testimonial expertise includes reasonableness of executive compensation and investment banking trade custom matters (such as adequacy of due diligence, fairness opinions, material adverse change provisions, and securities fraud damages). Past clients include Continental Airlines, Hyatt Corp. and King Ranch. His 75 articles have appeared in publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Forbes and D&B Reports. He has also edited or co-edited several books, including Due Diligence For Global Deal Making (Bloomberg Press, 2002) and International M&A, Joint Ventures & Beyond (John Wiley & Sons Inc., 2002).

Rosenbloom is an adjunct professor of finance in the Executive MBA Program at New York University, where he teaches a course in international mergers and acquisitions. In the United States, he has lectured in forums sponsored by the AICPA, the Wharton School of Business, Cornell Law School, the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, and the University of Delaware. Abroad, he has lectured in Israel and Russia. Rosenbloom holds BA, MA, and JD degrees from Bucknell University, Columbia University, and Cornell Law School, respectively.
