"The Role of Women in Management" SymposiumIthaca, New York, November 12, 2004 The Women's Management Council at the Johnson School proudly presents "The Role of Women in Management" Symposium on Thursday, November 18th and Friday, November 19th at Sage Hall on the Cornell campus. The Women in Management Symposium will bring together alumnae, students, and high-profile women executives to explore the unique opportunities and challenges that confront women in business.

The mission of the Women's Management Council is to cultivate women leaders through sponsorship efforts to increase the enrollment of women within the Johnson School; to influence the environment to promote and support women in business; to provide a structure for connecting with present and future women business leaders; and to support the diverse professional and personal aspirations of women in our community.
