Message from Director
Johnson Means Business prepares you for the experience of attending a top MBA program and, ultimately, taking your place among the great business leaders who have helped shape society and build community. An MBA degree is one of the surest tickets to success in business. Studies of both women and minority senior executives show that fully 35 percent hold MBAs. The message is clear: if your goal is to be among the most senior leaders in business, an MBA should be part of your plans. It is my job as director of the Johnson School's Office of Diversity and Inclusion to get that message out and to increase the number of women, under-represented minorities, and other students of diverse backgrounds and interests prepared for careers in business.
