I came back for my MBA because I wanted to switch careers into management consulting and strategy. The Semester in Manufacturing Immersion combined theory and practical knowledge with factory tours and offered insight into how a firm's strategy aligns with its operations. The knowledge I gained during the immersion helped me to secure my job as a senior consultant with Deloitte Consulting.

The cultural exposure to people from around the world changed me. I developed deep friendships with people from other countries, learning more about different cultures and perspectives. It was an experience I didn't have before coming to the Johnson School.

While participating in the case competitions, it became clear to me that Johnson students are prepared and receive a top-notch education. We competed at the highest levels with the best schools in the country. And the Johnson Means Business experience showed me how the whole school came together around one goal, to welcome 50 prospective students for our minority recruiting weekend.
