"Co-founding and leading the Hispanic-American Business Leaders Association (HABLA) was the highlight of my Johnson School experience," says Marcella Ayala '04, who was at a boutique consulting firm before returning for her MBA. "I came to business school with a vision to found an organization not only for my personal growth, but also for the community and generations to follow. With the support of the Office for Women and Minorities in Business and four other students, we created HABLA and our signature event, the Hispanic Case Competition." More
