"Co-founding and leading the Hispanic-American Business Leaders Association (HABLA) was the highlight of my Johnson School experience," says Marcella Ayala '04, who was at a boutique consulting firm before returning for her MBA. "I came to business school with a vision to found an organization not only for my personal growth, but also for the community and generations to follow. With the support of the Office for Women and Minorities in Business and four other students, we created HABLA and our signature event, the Hispanic Case Competition."

		Irma Almirall-Padamsee Director ia26@cornell.edu 607 255-2881 Irma Almirall-Padamsee became Director of the Johnson School Office of Diversity and Inclusion in July 2008. She brings both passion and rich experience to this role. Among her prior positions are Cornell University's Associate Director for Campus Life and Director of Student Affairs and Diversity and leadership positions in Minority Affairs and Latino Studies at Syracuse University and Ithaca College. She holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Spanish Linguistics from Cornell and a B.A. in American Civilization from Brandeis University.

		Jeffrey E. Stuckey Administrative Assistant jes443@cornell.edu 607 255-1437 A New Jersey native, Jeffrey has extensive experience in administrative management. He concentrated in marketing in his education and has been in the Ithaca area since 2003 working with the Ithaca School System.
