My Park Program experience has been transformational, as I have gained a stronger sense of my values, abilities, and knowledge. My priorities have shifted from success to fulfillment. The in-depth, integrative leadership framework and feedback have enriched my professional and personal development. While my future will hold uncertainties, I am better equipped with the types of questions to ask and the ability to draw conclusions. The diverse student body within Johnson, and specifically the Park Program, has enhanced my learning experience with new dimensions, challenged the way I think, and influenced the person I am.

Admission
Application process: Applicants wishing to be considered for the Park Leadership Fellows Program must complete the Johnson School's standard MBA application and indicate their interest in being considered for this prestigious fellowship by clicking the appropriate check-box in the online application. The Park Leadership essay will be sent via e-mail after an application is submitted for review. Park candidate finalists will be required to return to campus to attend one of the four recruiting events on January 25-26, February 22-23, March 7-8 or April 10-11, 2008 for a second interview and other recruiting and selection activities.
Application deadline for scholarship consideration:
January 9, 2008.
