Christopher Chouinard, CFA
Vice President, Morgan Stanley Equity Research

Christopher Chouinard is a research analyst covering the brokerage and asset management industries. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2002 and has followed both Mid Cap and Large Cap banks. Christopher began his career in research at Sanford Bernstein in 1997 and prior to joining Morgan Stanley, was an analyst covering the mortgage finance industry at Banc of America Securities. Christopher holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Cornell University. Christopher has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Fred Gaskin
Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, BlackRock, Inc.

Mr. Gaskin is a member of the Active Large Cap Equity team and joined BlackRock following the merger with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) in 2006. At MLIM, Mr. Gaskin was the team leader and senior portfolio manager for the U.S. Active Large Cap Value investment team. Prior to joining MLIM in 2004, he was a member of the value equity investment team at Deutsche Asset Management (formerly Scudder Investments), responsible for managing a variety of institutional accounts and mutual funds. Prior to joining Scudder Investments in 1996, he managed discretionary and non-discretionary accounts for high net worth individuals, trusts and non-taxable institutions at U.S. Trust Company of New Jersey. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Gaskin was Vice President and portfolio manager for Dreman Value Management, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ. Mr. Gaskin began his career at Eaton Vance Corporation.

Mr. Gaskin earned a BS degree in finance from Appalachian State University and an MBA degree from Wake Forest University in 1989.

Michael Katz

Michael Katz is an Executive Director at UBS in the Equity Corporate Client Service Group. He joined this group after spending nearly 15 years as an Institutional Equity Salesperson at UBS and Dillon Read. Mr. Katz has also worked as a Senior Vice President at Smith Barney and Lehman brothers in their private client services divisions.

Larry Rakers is a vice president and portfolio manager for Fidelity Investments, the largest mutual fund company in the United States, the No. 1 provider of workplace retirement savings plans and a leading online brokerage firm. He manages Fidelity Balanced Fund, Fidelity Advisor Balanced Fund and VIP: Balanced Portfolio.

Mr. Rakers joined Fidelity as an equity research analyst in 1993, and followed the restaurant, precious metals and coal industries. Mr. Rakers managed Fidelity Select Gold Portfolio from 1995 to 1997 and managed Fidelity Select Precious Metals and Minerals Portfolio and Fidelity Select Paper and Forest Products Portfolio from 1996 to 1997. He managed Fidelity Select Energy Portfolio, Fidelity Select Natural Resources Portfolio and Fidelity Advisor Natural Resources Fund, and served as sector leader of Fidelity's natural resources equity research group from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Rakers managed Fidelity Select Computers Portfolio and Fidelity Advisor Technology Portfolio from January 2000 and Fidelity Select Technology Portfolio from February 2000 until June 2001. He was also technology sector leader from January 2000 to June 2001. Mr. Rakers also managed Fidelity Convertible Securities Fund from June 2001 until February 2002, when he assumed management responsibility for Fidelity Balanced Fund. He began managing Fidelity Advisor Balanced Fund and VIP: Balanced Portfolio in June 2005.

Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Rakers was a project engineer for Loral Corporation in Lexington, Massachusetts, from 1986 to 1993.

Born in 1963, Mr. Rakers received bachelor of science and master of science degrees in metallurgical engineering from the University of Illinois in 1985 and 1987 respectively. He also received an MBA from Northeastern University in 1993.

Kerstin Ramstrom, CFA
Principal, State Street Global Advisors

Kerstin Ramstrom joined SSGA in 2006 as an equity research analyst covering domestic and international financial services industries. Prior to this, she spent five years at Bear Stearns as a sell-side equity research analyst covering both large- and small-cap banks. Before earning her MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in 2001, she worked at Fidelity Investments in both equity research and marketing. Kerstin has a BA in Mathematics and Physics from Skidmore College (1991) and she is a CFA charterholder.

Andrew J. Shilling, CFA
Senior Vice President, Partner, and Equity Portfolio Manager for Wellington Management

Drew is a Portfolio Manager in the Growth Group and is focused on managing portfolios in the Large Capitalization Growth style. Prior to this assignment, Drew was a Global Industry Research Analyst covering the Aerospace/Defense, Electrical Equipment and Satellite industries. Drew was elected a runner up in the Best of the Buy-Side poll conducted by Institutional Investor magazine in 1998.

Prior to 1992, Drew worked for The Lodestar Group, a New York-based investment banking boutique and principal investment company. He did advisory work for the firm's global corporate clients and also analyzed portfolio companies. From 1989 to 1991, he was a Financial Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Lehman Brothers where he focused on the Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defense industries.

Drew received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College (1994), and his BA, cum laude, in Economics from Amherst College (1989). He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
