Holly is currently in her 4th year in the field of Accounting. Her research interests include earnings management and management earnings guidance. One of her research projects examines the effects of CEO overconfidence on a firm's guidance accuracy and accrual choices. Another project studies whether firms exhibit a learning pattern in providing earnings guidance. Holly holds a BBA in Accounting from National Taiwan University and a Master in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
