How can my company get on your on-campus recruiting schedule?
Our corporate account managers, Susan Mix and Holly Potter, begin scheduling company events in mid-April for the following academic year. Our on-campus recruiting schedule fills up quickly, and priority is given to our Corporate Partners. If you are interested in giving a presentation or conducting interviews on campus, read the On Campus Recruiting page. Then, contact your corporate account manager at (607) 255-4888.

How do I get to your Career Management Center?
We are in 202 Sage Hall. Sage Hall is at the intersection of East Avenue and Campus Road on the Cornell University Campus in Ithaca, New York.

What airport should I fly into?
The Ithaca-Tompkins Regional Airport is served by US Airways Express and Northwest Airlines. Direct or connecting flights can be made to Ithaca from many major cities. Contact information: 607-257-0456 or www.flyithaca.com. The Syracuse-Hancock International Airport is located 60 miles from Cornell-a drive of about an hour and a half. Flights to this airport are more numerous and more frequent than direct flights to Ithaca. Contact information: 315-454-8757 or www.syrairport.org

Where do I park once I get there?
We provide complimentary parking to our corporate recruiters; you may drive to any visitor parking booth and tell the attendant that you will be recruiting at the Johnson School to take advantage of this service, and they will provide you with a pass and instructions on where you may park.

Unfortunately there is no visitor parking in the lot adjacent to Sage Hall (the Johnson School does not own or manage that space). Cornell University parking regulations are strict and must be taken seriously. Please read these instructions and all parking signs thoroughly and carefully to avoid tickets.

Where can I stay overnight near campus?
Statler Hotel - Located on campus--the most convenient place to stay.
Courtyard Marriott - Closest to the Tompkins County Airport
Best Western University Inn - Close to campus
Seneca Place Hilton Garden Inn - Downtown hotel with direct bus service provided all day
Ramada Inn - Also in the northeast, with easy access to Tompkins County Airport
Holiday Inn - Downtown and a quick ride to campus.
Homewood Suites by Hilton - Only all-suites hotel in Ithaca area; near the airport

The Tompkins County Convention and Visitors' Bureau maintains a complete list of motels, hotels, and Bed and Breakfast inns in the area.

Where can we have dinner in the evening when we visit Ithaca?
Banfi's in the Statler Hotel is most convenient to the Johnson School. There are numerous small restaurants and delis in the Collegetown area, just a short walk from the Cornell campus. We also recommend:

Send a brief clear description, with full contact information, to cmc@johnson.cornell.edu. Note in your message that you are specifically recruiting current students rather than more experienced alumni.

Prepare a brief clear description and send it electronically to alumnijobs@johnson.cornell.edu. Note in your message that you are specifically targeting alumni with several years post-MBA experience.

Cornell Career Services provides contact information for the other eight recruiting offices at Cornell University.

How can I reach your students during the summer break?
The school maintains a summer directory for internal use. We can help you locate students if you contact us at cmc@johnson.cornell.edu to tell us which students you are looking for and why you are trying to reach them.

When will the golf tournament be held this year?
The 13th annual Cornell MBA Golf Invitational will be held in September 2007 at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course on the Cornell campus. The tournament provides an opportunity for friendly competition among students from several MBA programs, and for students and corporate representatives to get acquainted. How can my company become a corporate partner?
Corporate partners support and interact with the school in a variety of ways, from providing guest speakers, to sponsoring student events or donating equipment.
