Mr. Paul Sellew
CEO, Fingerlakes Aquaculture, Inc

Paul is founder and CEO of Backyard Farms, LLC which owns the largest year round greenhouse operation on the east coast. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Fingerlakes Aquaculture, Inc., a leading producer of sustainably raised farmed tilapia, and Environmental Credit Corporation, a leading supplier of carbon credits to emerging global financial markets as well as Nutrient Control Systems. Paul served as President and Executive Vice President for Synagro Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SYGR). He was also the founder and CEO of Earthgro, Inc., which was sold to the Scotts Company in 1998. While at Earthgro he developed and was awarded US patents on the IPS composting system. In addition Paul was a co-founder of International Process Systems.

Paul played professional basketball in South America and Europe and is a 1980 graduate of Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences where he serves on Cornell's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Advisory Council and on the Advisory Council for the Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise.
