

Paul Tebo

Dr. Tebo is President of The Tebo Group, located in West Chester, PA. Through consulting, teaching, research and writing, Dr. Tebo helps businesses integrate sustainability as a framework for doing business. He retired from DuPont in April 2004 as Corporate Vice President - Safety, Health and Environment, a role in which he had global responsibility for integrating safety, health and environmental excellence as a core business strategy, and for positioning and representing DuPont externally. He championed DuPont's "The Goal Is '0'" approach to environmental stewardship, and helped shape the DuPont commitment to "Sustainable Growth," including ambitious renewable energy and resource targets for 2010. His 35-year career at DuPont spanned professional and management roles in research, engineering, strategic planning and as head of two billion-dollar global business units. Dr. Tebo is former chair of the board of trustees of The Keystone Center and served on the board of directors of the Stroud Water Research Center. He was also a national director of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and served on several university committees. He is the recipient of the Environmental Leadership, Conversation Leadership and Spirit of Keystone Awards, among others.
